Ta' Qali is inland between Valletta, Mdina and the northern resorts. Malta has no passenger railway. Routes were checked on 27 July 2026; always confirm the live timetable before travel.
Malta International Airport (MLA) → centre / Ta' Qali
- Airport bus X3 travels toward the north and serves the Qali Interchange corridor; change or walk according to the live route.
- Airport Direct and other buses serve Valletta, St Julian's and northern hubs. Taxi or ride-hailing is the direct alternative.
Valletta / Sliema / Buġibba bus hubs → Ta' Qali
- There is no rail service. Route 56 serves Ta' Qali from Valletta, 202 from the Sliema corridor and 186 from Buġibba / Rabat.
- Routes and frequencies change, so search the exact stadium stop in Tallinja before departure.
Ta' Qali stops → Centenary Stadium
- Use the Stadium / Ta' Qali stop area and follow the pedestrian signs through the sports complex.
- Special event buses may be announced for larger matches and can differ from the normal timetable.
