Using Stadivia
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request. Mandatory consumer rights available in your location are not excluded by these terms.
Information, not a booking
Public pages provide independent football travel information and planning guidance. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, Stadivia is not the organiser of a tournament, a travel agent, an airline, a hotel, a rail operator, a stadium or a ticket seller.
- Fixtures, transport and entry rules can change.
- Travellers must complete a final check with the relevant official operator before purchase or departure.
- Estimated budgets and journey times are planning indications, not guaranteed prices or schedules.
Match tickets
A Stadivia plan does not include a match ticket and never guarantees ticket availability. Official competition, club or authorised sales information should be checked first. Hospitality and resale products must not be confused with a general public allocation.
The USD 99 planning service
Sending a form does not create a paid order. Stadivia first reviews the brief and confirms the scope, price, expected delivery timing and payment method. A service begins only after those points are accepted and payment is received.
The deliverable is personalised research and route planning. Unless expressly included in writing, it does not include making bookings, holding inventory, providing regulated financial advice, obtaining visas or guaranteeing entry to an event.
Cancellation, revision and refund terms are confirmed with the service scope before payment so the traveller can make an informed decision.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for checking passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, accessibility needs, local laws, ticket conditions and supplier terms. Do not use the site for unlawful, abusive or automated high-volume activity.
Third-party services and links
Links may lead to organisations Stadivia does not control. Their availability, content, prices, security, privacy practices and contractual terms are their responsibility. A link does not itself mean endorsement or official status.
Some links may be commercial. Read the affiliate disclosure.
Content and trademarks
Stadivia’s original design, copy and planning materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Competition, club, stadium and company names belong to their respective owners and are used for factual identification. Nothing on the site claims ownership of those third-party marks.
Availability and liability
Stadivia aims for accurate and available information but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party change will be reflected immediately. To the extent permitted by law, Stadivia is not responsible for losses caused solely by a supplier’s cancellation, a transport disruption, an event change or reliance on information that the traveller did not recheck with the official source.
