Service providers

Netlify provides website hosting and related operational services. Supabase stores form submissions in a server-controlled database. The public website does not receive the private database credential and cannot query the leads table directly.

Providers may process information in countries different from your own under their contractual and legal safeguards. Only information needed to provide and secure the service is shared.

Retention and security

Enquiries and service records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the requested work, handle follow-up and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer needed are reviewed for deletion.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passport details, payment-card data or other highly sensitive information through a general form.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not currently set non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Essential security controls may be used in private administration areas. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this notice and the required consent controls will be updated first.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time.

Send a request through Contact Stadivia. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority.

Children and changes

Stadivia’s paid planning and enquiry services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child who cannot lawfully consent in their location.

This notice may change as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the current version.
