GETTING THERE
Celje is reached mainly by rail or road. The stadium is north of the compact centre and railway station. Routes were checked on 29 July 2026; always confirm the live timetable before travel.
Ljubljana Airport (LJU) → Celje
- There is no railway station at Ljubljana Airport. Use the public airport bus or a shuttle to Ljubljana's central bus / rail station.
- Continue from Ljubljana to Celje by train or intercity bus; a pre-booked direct shuttle is the simpler but more expensive alternative.
Celje railway / bus station → city centre
- Celje station is on the edge of the historic centre and is the most useful arrival point from Ljubljana, Maribor, Zagreb or Vienna.
- The bus terminal is nearby; most central hotels are walkable.
Celje centre → Stadion Celje
- The stadium is roughly a short local-bus or taxi ride north of the centre; walking is possible if time and weather allow.
- Check Celebus / Nomago for the closest active stop and the last return service.
