Alinja Stadium is in Masazir, outside central Baku. Plan it as a suburban trip rather than a walk from the tourist centre. Routes were checked on 27 July 2026; always confirm the live timetable before travel.
Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) → central Baku
- The Aero Express airport bus runs to the 28 May transport hub, close to the central railway station and metro.
- Use an official airport taxi for a direct trip to Masazir or for arrivals outside bus operating hours.
Baku railway station / 28 May → city centre
- The main railway station is at 28 May and connects directly with the metro and city buses.
- For Masazir, connect toward Avtovagzal or use a taxi; do not assume the stadium is in central Baku.
Central Baku → Alinja Stadium, Masazir
- Metro and bus can cover part of the route toward the western bus-terminal corridor, followed by a local bus or taxi.
- A pre-booked taxi is the clearest option for groups. Save the exact stadium pin because transliterations of the venue name vary.
